A WELL-APPOINTED CALGARY CUSTOM ESTATE HOME
Located on the Bearspaw Reservoir, this dream home took 3 years from planning to finish- the massive 24 ft deep excavation for the pool alone took 3 months! Every single element was meticulously coordinated with an abundance of detail and custom millwork from floor to ceiling. Most of our custom home builds take approximately three months to plan, but this elevated project took 1 full year of planning.
The Calgary Grand Custom Luxury Home design had lots of moving parts that had to be completed in a specific order to make all of these custom details come together seamlessly: including a 5000 lbs aquarium that had to be craned in before the hollow-core roof could be completed.
