This commercial development was up and running within 30 days of starting construction and 6 months later they doubled their size with a large expansion project. Located in the beautiful community of Springbank, West of Calgary, Dash Training offers many cool features in this commercial space. When you first walk in you can’t help but notice the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The design has a modern, clean look that is met with an industrial edge due to the corrugated metal siding and exposed beams and ducts on the ceiling. Top it all off with best in class Rogue Fitness equipment and you have yourself a superior training and workout space.
Heading upstairs into the open style loft is a ‘man cave’ that anyone would enjoy in their downtime. The loft contains a players lounge equipped with reclining chairs, leather couches, a flat screen TV, and a gaming system.

This development was challenging due to Dash Training's time crunch for the initial build but FLR Developments met the challenge head on with an on-time delivery as promised. As for their commercial expansion, it had to be meticulously executed as they were open for business the whole time, but we were able to schedule and plan accordingly so as not to disrupt their income producing operations during construction which included tearing down a wall.
